I was hoping to find a decent selection of masks, but there just weren’t many options. The few styles I actually liked, were out of stock, so it ended up being disappointing.

"Return and warranty were really easy"
I had to return it, and the whole process was painless. The refund came through quickly, and getting the warranty sorted out was easy too.

"I kind of assumed it would show up..."
I kind of assumed it would show up sooner, but it ended up arriving a little late. Not a huge deal, just not the quickest shipping experience.

"Customer service was, honestly, slow"
I ordered from cpapdirect.com and, like, the product itself was fine, no real issues there. But getting help was kind of a hassle. I emailed customer service with a shipping question and, it took several days before anyone got back to me. Then when they finally replied, the answer was short and didn’t really cover everything I asked. So, yeah, I had to follow up again, which was just annoying. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but when it’s something you actually need, the slow replies are frustrating

"Pretty easy to order"
Ordering was straightforward. I uploaded my prescription without any hassle, and the whole thing was simple enough to figure out. They reviewed it fairly quickly, though I was kind of waiting around for an update for a bit... but overall, it was a good experience and I’d probably use them again.
